Shyam Krishnakumar is a technology policy consultant focussing on regulation for emerging technologies. He consults with think tanks and companies worldwide on India’s technology policy. Prior to this, he co-founded EduSeva Technologies, an ed-tech venture aimed at leveraging technology to provide world-class education at the grassroots. He holds a Bachelors in Computer Science and a Masters in Political Science.

Paper on India's UPI as a case of building digital goods for the next century as a model approach by India, which can serve as a case for other countries, particularly Germany.
